The project envisages the construction of two individual hotel-type residential buildings. The object is located in the village of Polyanytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The main goal of the project was to create the most comfortable place for the whole family to relax. The main dimensions of the building are 10.95 x 16.21 m.

Each two-story cottage is designed for six people. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a private bathroom and a large terrace with a swimming pool. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is also access to the balcony.
On the territory of the cottages there are: swimming pools, a place for barbecue and private parking.
