An individual house was designed in the village of Lysets, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The project provides for the construction of a two-storey building with a built-in garage. While developing the project, all the client’s wishes were taken into account.
The main dimensions of the building are 14.39 x 11.74 m.

The central entrance to the house is designed from the main facade. On the ground floor there are: vestibule (area – 4.36 m²), dining room-living room (area – 45.19 m²), kitchen (area – 22.27 m²), bathroom (area – 2.80 m²), fuel (area – 9.34 m²) and a spacious terrace (area – 29.30 m²). Also on the ground floor there is a garage with an area of 26.66 m². The total area of the first floor is 119.40 m².
On the second floor there are: hall (area – 9.24 m²), three bedrooms (area – 22.27 / 21.70 / 27.20 m²), two wardrobes (area – 6.77 and 5.78 m²), two bathrooms (area – 4.76 and 6.60 m²) and balcony (area – 2.86 m²). The area of the second floor is 107.24 m².
