Shota Rustaveli
“Architectural Bureau A17” found that in this quarter there are almost no trade and office space, dominated by housing. The main goal of the project was to create a place where residents of the neighborhood will be able to visit a catering establishment and rent an office to run their own business.
The design area is located in the central part of the city, at the turn of Shota Rustaveli Street, bounded on two sides by a road. The building has six floors, the overall dimensions of the complex 24,92 х 12,25 (14,23) m.

The main entrance to the object is from Shota Rustaveli Street. The office building is made in the form of an irregular rectangle in plan. Across the floor, the configuration of the building in the plan changes, the load-bearing structures are carried out, which significantly increases the area. To ensure fire passage on a residential street, removals were made starting from the third floor.
The total area of the building 1593,10 м².
