The project includes the construction of a football field with artificial turf in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk in the Pasichna district. There are also plans to build other sports facilities – a tribunes and an observation tower. The dimensions of the football field and markings are accepted according to international standards. The total size of the football field is 7,344.0 m².

The area of the design site is 1.62 hectares. A metal panel fence 3.0 m high has been adopted for fencing the territory. An additional fence with nylon mesh is provided behind the gate line. The football goal is stationary in the size of 7,32 x 2,44 m.
To enter the site, the fence has a gate 2.0 x 3.0 m, which together with the gates are used to evacuate visitors. Also in the fence there are three more gates 1.0 m wide.
